Tenancy Application

Please complete one per each tenant applying for the property, make sure you let us know what property you are applying for and who you are moving in with.

We also need the following sent in a follow up email to info@dymockproperties.com

Non-Students

·         Photo ID i.e. passport, driving licence

·         3 month bank statements

·         3 months Pay slips / Or Year accounts if self employed

·         Employers reference or copy of work contract

·         Proof of any housing benefit entitlement (if applicable)

·         Previous Landlord Reference

Students

·         Photo ID i.e. passport, driving licence

·         Student Matriculation card

·         University confirmation letter or acceptance letter

·         Previous Landlord Reference
